About us
Our story begins in the heart of Uttarakhand, India, where every festival, every gathering, and every memory was made around a table filled with food.
From our mother’s slow-simmered curries to our grandfather’s perfectly spiced chai, the kitchen was always the heart of the home.
When our family moved to Scotland, we brought more than just suitcases, we brought our recipes, our traditions, and our dream: to share the warmth of Indian hospitality and the bold, beautiful flavors we grew up with.
Everything we serve is made the way our family has always cooked fresh ingredients, hand-ground spices, and slow, intentional cooking. From buttery paneer and fragrant biryanis to crispy samosas and sweets straight from our mother’s handwritten cookbook, each dish tells a story.
Today, two generations of our family work side by side in the kitchen and the dining room. Whether you’re here for a quick lunch, a family celebration, or your weekly butter chicken fix, we’re honored to serve you.
